Jarosław Nieradka

Director of the Programs and Projects Department

From 2006 to 2025, he served as Director and later Vice Chairman of the Management Board of the Lubusz Land Employers’ Organization, where he managed projects and grant funding programs. Since 2017, as an entrepreneur, he has advised startups and SMEs on business scaling, securing external financing, and enhancing workforce competencies and qualifications. He is also a trainer in entrepreneurship, communication, and public relations.

Since July 2024, he has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Arena Sp. z o.o., overseeing the company’s development strategy and compliance processes. He is an active member of the structures of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers (ZPP), with many years of experience in social dialogue processes at the regional level in the areas of education and the labor market.

A recipient of a scholarship from the Polish Minister of National Education, he graduated from an Executive MBA program in new digital technologies at the Main National School in Warsaw, as well as from journalism studies at the University of Zielona Góra.
