Catalogue of Entrepreneurs’ Rights is a periodical publication which is a compendium of knowledge, a collection of detailed rules concerning all entrepreneurs facing different kinds of official controls.
The Catalogue is a “legal first aid kit” for entrepreneurs afflicted by constant controls who often feel lost in the jungle of complicated regulations.
The aim of the Catalogue, prepared in cooperation with partner Legal Offices, was to provide entrepreneurs with free of charge, widely available publication which would give entrepreneurs clear and concise information about their rights, responsibilities, but also about limits of the controls.
The first issue TO DOWNLOAD
Prepared by lawyers from the R. Comi, E. I. Chełkowska-Kamionka sp. j. Legal Office, dealt with the issue of inspections among entities using environmental services. So all of the production companies which may be controlled by the Environmental Protection Inspectorate.
The second issue TO DOWNLOAD
Prepared by lawyers from Professional Partnership Legal Office Grzybkowski Guzek Jackowski. It presents the topic of tax control bodies.
The third issue TO DOWNLOAD
Describes inspections checking compliance with law regulating personal data processing. The publication was prepared by JWMS Jakubowski Wiese Mazgaj Staszek radcowie prawni Legal Office.
The fourth issue TO DOWNLOAD
Prepared by lawyers from Izabella Żyglicka i Wspólnicy Legal Offcie concerned fiscal controls.
The fifth issue TO DOWNLOAD
Was dedicated to control of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. It was prepared by lawyers from JWMS Jakubowski Wiese Mazgaj Staszek radcowie prawni Legal Office in Cracow.
The sixth issue TO DOWNLOAD
We have dealt with the Bankruptcy and Reorganisation Law after its revision on 1st January 2016. It was prepared by the experts in the field – lawyers from Tatara i Współpracownicy Legal Office.
