Well Governed Poland

 

Well Governed Poland is a project of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers aimed at promoting the idea of “good governance”, especially in terms of legislative processes.

Respect for the principle of legal security, implementation of best practices in the field of social consultations, taking into account the voice of non-governmental organisations in the decision-making process – the experts of Well Governed Poland will analyse all these variables, highlighting both good examples of legislative practice and the use of mechanisms harmful to the quality of law.
