Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers

Please be advised that in connection with the completion and sending of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers declaration, the contact form of the Intervention Office and providing personal data by you:

1. the administrator of your personal data is the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers whom you can contact using the e-mail address: biuro@zpp.net.pl;
2. your personal data will be processed in order to answer the questions asked in connection with the use of your contact, pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 item b of the General Data Protection Regulation;
3. your data will be processed only for a period necessary to achieve a specific purpose for which they were sent or for legal compliance purposes, but no longer than up to three years after the end of contact;
4. you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, and the right to transfer data;
5. moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory body when you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the law;
6. providing data by you is voluntary, however, a prerequisite to be a member of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers and to answer the question raised in the contact form of the Intervention Bureau;
7. your personal data may be transferred to entities processing it at our request, i.e. our partners providing technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites).
