Mariusz Jas

An entrepreneur, consultant, and certified project manager specializing in change management. Associated with the interactive industry since 2006, with a few years’ break when he attempted to change the world by working in the public sphere. During that time, he was responsible for preparing concepts and coordinating projects related to entrepreneurship development, innovation, technology transfer, cluster animation, and collaboration between academia and business.

He runs his own interactive agency, 4 REAL, where he is responsible for business analysis and strategy creation processes. He advises clients on topics such as business models and broadly understood internet marketing.

Passionate about well-executed work, Ayn Rand’s prose, and team sports.

Paweł Fogt

Pawel Fogt has 24 years of experience in advertising communications and marketing. He worked as managing director in network and Polish advertising agencies (Arc Worldwide, Proximity Poland. 2012) and as the client’s marketing director at British American Tobacco. He has experience working for more than 100 international and Polish brands. The campaigns he co-created were awarded at Polish and international festivals (EFFIE, KTR, Kreatura, Golden Arrow, Cannes Lions, and Golden Drum).

Jacek Podgórski

Director of the Relations and Development Department  of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers. Former director of the Tax and Regulatory Forum in the Department of Law and Legislation of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers and The Labour Forum. Member of the Social Security problem team and the International Affairs problem team of the Social Dialogue Council. Long-time director of the Institute of Agricultural Economics. Author of numerous publications on the functioning of the agricultural economy in Poland and the European Union. Former journalist and columnist.

Bogusława Rudecka

From 2010 to 2017, she worked with Biełsat TV and the Freedom and Democracy Foundation on democratization projects for Belarus, where she served as a fundraiser and project manager.

From 2017 to 2022, as a consultant, she was responsible for supporting foreign direct investment at the Polish Investment and Trade Agency. She was involved in implementing Poland. Business Harbour program and coordinated the registration and opening of the PAIH Foreign Trade Office in Minsk, Belarus.

In 2022, she served as the Global Mobility Country Lead at iTech Art, responsible for the company’s relocation processes to Poland.

She graduated in sociology from the Institute of Sociology at the University of Warsaw, where she worked as a social assistant to a Polish senator during her studies. She was also a scholarship recipient at Danish folk universities.

Ewa Czerwińska

Associated with ZPP since 2016. Ewa is responsible for relations with business, cooperation with external institutions and builds and develops ZPP structures in the regions. She feels good in a creative work environment. She is a highly motivated person, aware of business culture, combining creativity and courage with their effectiveness. Positive attitude towards the environment, prefers an open and clear style of communication. Ewa’s motto – nothing is impossible.
