At Presspublica (publisher of Rzeczpospolita and Parkiet – Polish financial newspapers), Vice President of Operations. Gained experience in the field of investor relations as director at the CAIB Polska Group and MMT Management. Independent member of supervisory boards of listed companies and a member of their audit committees.

For years, she has been professionally involved in the education sector, where she managed training and consulting projects. She has been working with WEI and ZPP since their inception. First as a founding member and then as Director of the Finance Center responsible for obtaining EU grants for development projects. In 2015/16 she was the Director of the National Centre for the Promotion of Professional and Continuing Education. She holds a university degree and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University. Privately, a keen cyclist at any time of the year and a lover of canoeing and camping in desolate parts of Poland.
